Refund Policy

At Planvero, all products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner (Printify). Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

We will review your request and work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
